Washington Post journalist Beth Reinhard, who won the Pulitzer Prize for her work exposing the alleged sexual harassment cases against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore in 2017, will discuss her career and the state of journalism Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018, at 7 p.m. at the Santa Fe College Fine Arts Hall.
Reinhard will discuss the coverage of politics, the #MeToo movement and issues facing journalism in an era of “fake news.” Before joining the Washington Post, Reinhard covered national politics for the Wall Street Journal, National Journal magazine and the Miami Herald.
The event is open to SF students, faculty and staff, as well as the general public. There will be a question and answer period following her speech.
