Full Body Workout 3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 RDLs (Each Leg)
  • 25 Bicycles (Each Side)
  • 30 Second Plank

 

Full Body Stretch – 5 Minute Stretch

  • Lower Back
  • Hamstrings
  • Glutes
  • Obliques
  • Shoulders

Full Body Cardio and Strength – 3 Rounds

  • Split Squat Jump Thrusts – 10 Reps
  • Reverse Lunge w/ Knee Drive (Each Leg) – 10 Reps
  • Pushups – 10 Reps
  • Mountain Climbers (Each Leg) – 10 Reps
  • 30 Second Plank

Core Workout – 5 Minute AMRAP

  • 20 Russian Twists
  • 20 Seated Knee Tucks
  • 10 Leg Lifts

Upper Body Circuit – 4 Rounds

  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 Plank Rotations
  • 10 Shoulder Taps
  • 10 Supermans
